It's good stuff, hard to find pycnogenol in a glass bottle. But, it's only a 2 week supply if you follow directions on the bottle. With shipping that's over $100/mo for pycnogenol. ouch. I buy this, I take it, but it is pricey.

Have just started this new supplement, like the price and the quantity.

Can't say that I notice any difference taking them, but antioxidants are more insurance policy than pain killer. So I'll review in another 40 years if I'm still here. I trust Solgar as an outstanding brand and buy their products where possible for the supplements that I take. All told, I would say that Solgar's Pycnogenol may decrease lactic acid buildup and pain associated with weightlifting. I sense a reduced soreness after a day of really aggressive lifting.

This supplement is very good for you, you could look up all the positives online. this supplement arrived fresh and in very good condition. I will reorder.
