A very good product that's what it says all natural

I totally disagree with Annabelle J's review! If you didn't know, it can be damaging to combine skin care products from a variety of manufacturers. Plus applying a bunch of products not formulated to work together can also be just as damaging as combining household cleaners together. Mixing brands and products can lead to chemical discord with the skin. Some companies will formulate products within a certain ph balance range, blending to complement one another for best results. But one manufacturers range can be quite different from the next one. One brand may not work in balance with another brand. End results, skin becomes irregular and or unbalanced which leads to a number of skin conditions like acne, rashes and allergies. We all need to use a skin care system that works together to maintain our skins natural ph balance. This is why I love Mychelle products. This night cream after applying it just before I go to bed, left my skin feeling so smooth in the morning. I honestly could not believe it. Mychelle products not only work, they smell delicious which is an added bonus! I have tried almost every product by Mychelle,(I purchased 2 sample kits) and I can honestly say they are the best skin care products on the market today. Just my opinion.

I have eczema and amazingly this doesn't seem to aggravate it at all. In fact I've had nights when I feel the skin on my chin is irritated and usually I can only use very gentle moisturizers when it's like that, but I can use this and it seems to get better by the next day, which is crazy. One issue is I really have to mix this before every use. Even after I mix it, the oils still separate immediately in the container. It doesn't seem to affect performance, so I'll still give this 5 stars. My skin looks even and smooth so I'm pleased with the retinal. It's very hydrating as well, however it is extremely scented. I hated il the smell at first, but since it doesn't irritate my skin I've dealt with it. I've now gotten used to it and almost like it now.

I love this product. It is very rich and hydrating. My skin has shown improvement since i began regularly using it. The value here is quite a bit less money than the retail store I had been purchasing it at. My only problem with this particular transaction is the first i ordered arrived with a loose lid and the product was dried out. I returned it and purchased a second one and same situation. That one wasn't as dried out so I was able to use it. The outside packaging both times was in perfect condition so i wasn't concerned with tampering. This brand just seems to have some packaging glitches across its product line. *Update June 2020 - I still love the product but every single time I have ordered it - four or five times now - the jar has been open and the product beginning to dry out. It has been salvageable but would rather purchase something I know hasn't been contaminated or beginning to become less effective due to air exposure.

I'd forgotten I actually bought this a year or so ago and hated it-- so when I got it again online I was so excited for it-- it wasn't until I used it for a couple of nights that I remembered why I didn't like it. *I love lavender. This smells of lavender. + *It's completely greasy. In a night cream, np. Daytime, when I used it (I know it's listed as a night cream) it was gross and greasy. *It stung my eyes. This might just be a personal reaction. *I broke out. I had a lot of small zits all of a sudden. Quit using it, voila. They were gone. *Now, this one's bizarre, but lines and wrinkles (I don't have many of those-- still in my 30s) were emphasized. Seemed like this cream created them during the night or something. Very very bizarre. As soon as I quit using it and went over to coconut oil and my Mychelle firming serum, my face went back to normal. Bottom line-- it might work for you. I'm easy to please-- I like to dress up now and again and play with makeup, but usually I'm a fairly low-maintenance sort of girl. But this cream is greasy gross and made me feel like it wasn't good for my skin.

This retinal product has easily become one of the top ones in my routine. It works beautifully, better than retinol and without the drying, leathery look of retinol. I've never used retinal before, and I understand that it's stronger than retinol but less drying & stressful for the skin. I've had wonderful results with this moderately priced product & have subscribed to the MyChelle Remarkable Retinal line. I hope they keep making this for a long time, because I can't imagine going back to retinol after having such great results with MyChelle's retinal line. I was getting so fed up with dry, leathery skin from using retinol that I was going to drop using retinoids altogether. Avene makes a $70 retinal serum, but with only a fraction of the amount of retinal that the MyChelle products contain.

I ordered several skin products which are all good. But the packing was very poor. All the boxes were torn and broken because they were sent in an envelope which was all beat up. I wasn't happy with the packaging but the products were alright. This is the first time I have had any complaint with Amazon. Usually everything has been great and on time or early.

Very happy with Mychelle. I started using it about 2 months ago, and I'm very happy with the results. It feels very "clean", and come to find out the ingredients in each product really are "clean". I had been using the unscented night cream which my husband informed me is not "unscented.". He said it had a very distinct "scent" and not all that pleasant. This night cream isn't unscented, but the scent is quite pleasant. Thumbs up for Mychelle!
