This was amazing. I think there's a protocol you can find where it tells you what order to do this. I.e, the top of the head and then moving down. But plot twist, I put it on my tongue... it's hilarious but then the fascia is connected to the tongue so kind of amazing too... well made... I would like to eventually get another one just like this one so that I can have one in my left and one of my right hand and instead of do the stem to the skin just letting it Buzz at each ear in stereo if you hold it there whether you hold it by your ear and hear the buzz or if you put the stem on your skin one of the secrets is to wait there as this subtle vibration diminishes smaller and smaller until at some point you realize there's no more vibration there's just Stillness and that way it's very quieting

This is hands down one of the most effective useful items I’ve bought this year! It gets rid of and greatly reduces headache pain, arthritis and joint pain, spinal disk and nerve pain, pimples, blisters, skin irritations, inflammation, menstrual pain inflammation and discomfort, toothache (until you can get to the doctor or get antibiotics etc.).. etc. It also creates an overall feeling of peace when places on the center of the chest (heart chakra, BUT DON’T USE ON THE CHEST AREA FOR ANYONE WITH A PACEMAKER!!!) and other chakra points as well. After months of various efforts to determine the source of excruciating pain in my foot, I asked a chiropractor about alternatives to x-rays. He mentioned tuning forks. I then asked an osteopath her opinion of this method and discovered that this is actually a recognized diagnostic technique. A few hours of surfing made it clear that this particular 128 Hz fork is the preferred frequency for testing. There are rather a large number of technical papers and explanations online, many of which rely on the tuning fork in conjunction with a stethoscope. However, the chiropractor told me that if there were a fracture, the sound would go through the break and cause a lot of pain. Amazon has a lot of options for the 128 Hz fork but I chose this as a sort of midway compromise between the very inexpensive forks and the insanely priced ones. The fork was shipped promptly and arrived the night before my appointment with a cranio-sacral therapist. We tried the fork initially on tissues deemed to be normal, and then she experimented with a number of different techniques, including putting one hand under the foot and holding the tuning fork with the other. This resulted in a significant increase in sensitivity in the part of the foot with the most swelling. Since the injury is probably partially healed by now, various herbal poultices and bandages having been used for months, the pain was not as sharp as the chiropractor led me to believe might happen, but I feel this instrument is interesting and probably useful. It looks extremely well made and has a nice carrying bag, aquamarine in color. I loaned the tuning fork to my therapist to show to the martial arts school and will post more if she comes up with interesting feedback. For those who are buying forks for other purposes, I have no comments since I am not using this for tuning instruments, but for the record, 128 Hz is a low C, middle C being 512.
