I wanted to try this product for help with morning energy especially on the days I plan to exercise after work. I take 1 capsule daily exactly as directed on the bottle 2 hours or so before bed. I definitely have more energy and feel much more awake and rested in the morning. I usually needed coffee just to function in the morning. Now I even have energy to bike ride or take my walks after work which is so important for me. And a bonus is my cravings for sugary foods to get a quick energy boost has gone way down. I've had no side effects, only a positive experience and plan to keep taking them.

I’ve been taking Metabolism NITE before bed for over four months now. This supplement is amazing there’s no aftertaste & it digests well especially with medications I take. I’m sleeping better and I’m most grateful for the ENERGY that my body has now. So far, I have had more energy during the day, and I slept through the night, I recommend this product so far, I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and it is causing me not to be able to sleep, I do not feel rested when I get up, feel super tired when I wake up, so I am not sure I recommend it after all

I'm watching what I eat and take this at night but not noticing anything yet. Might need to wait longer

I have to wake up early for work in the mornings, and was looking for a supplement that would improve my sleep and make me more energetic in the mornings. So far, so good. I feel more energy in the mornings and sleep better in the night, too. I have already recommended this product to several coworkers and friends, and will continue to order more for myself.

I've been taking this for a few weeks now. I tried a bunch of times to lose weight, but gave up - I was stuck. I started this because I figured maybe it was my metabolism that's slow, and this really helps! I'm losing weight, feel great and have no negative effects from taking these pills.

I got this to take daily and after starting it my stomach got messed up and I ended up going to ER only to find out these vitamins arent ok to take. I would give 0 stars if possible!

I have nothing good or bad to say so far - I have taken them for a couple weeks but have noticed no change. I'm going to take the whole bottle but there are no bad things to say!
