Helmet arrived andin excellent condition. I was worried about the sizing because of some of the other reviews I read but I went by their sizing chart and it was extremely accurate. The helmet fit as though it was custom molded for my head. The gloss black was shiny and a very crisp vivid black coating. The fact that this also comes equipped with a quick release chin strap and an adjustable knob in the back is an added bonus. The knob I was concerned beforehand that it was some flimsy exposed plastic piece like a construction hard hat and it is not. It’s out of the way and very a comfortable fit. When adjusting, you can feel it slowly tighten to give an even greater fit. This helmet is well worth the money and I plan on buying another soon. It doesn’t look or feel like a budget helmet and actually looks like it is expensive. I am well impressed. The sun shade is also easy to lower and raise even though I probably won’t use it but it’s nice to have in case I forget my shades. Overall- very impressive and good quality and excellent fit! Highly recommended!

This helmet rocks for the price! I have a full face Motocross style Helmet I wear riding my ATV and dirt bike. In my opinion u should only wear a full face helmet for a motorcycle, atv, dirt bike, etc. I wouldn’t wear a half or even 3/4 helmet on those if you care about yourself at all. Go smash your jaw into the pavement at just 5mph and see how it feels and how many teeth you have left. But in the relative safety of a fully enclosed side by side with roll bars and a 5pt seat harness, a full face helmet is probably overkill. I wanted a lighter half helmet for that purpose but still a real DOT helmet that will save my melon if needed. This works great. To highlight a couple nice features: 1. The twisting adjustment knob at the back is great. Really snugs it up or loosens it as needed. 2. The strap is like a ratcheting with quick release. I hate on my full face helmet how long it takes to put off and on because of looping the strap thru the metal clasps and it’s a pain to quickly take on and off. With this quick setup on this helmet it literally takes half a second to throw your helmet on and off. Very nice. For sizing I might say these run a tad tad small. I normally wear a L helmet. But based on the measurements listed I ordered an XL and it fits great. With the knob at the back you can snug it up. I’d probably say if you are a little unsure what size or in between two sizes, to just go with the larger size. For the price this is a darn good helmet. I might even say it’s the best u can find for the price.

Helmet fits well and love the adjustment feature but the visor will not come down over my prescription glasses. Problem solved when I ordered contacts. Lol. Overall, well made helmet and lightweight.

I bought a Vega Warrior half helmet in the grey subdued flag pattern 3 years ago. It was my go to lid whenever I rode my HD Springer Softail. It's extremely comfortable and the knob on the back makes it easy to make quick adjustments on the fly. The drop down sun visor is also a huge plus on those bright sunny days. It also comes standard with a very robust ratcheting strap, which makes it far easier and faster to put on and remove the helmet. A couple of weeks ago I called the company to inquire about removing the helmet liner so I could wash it. I was told that it snapped in and to just pull it out. Contrary to the advice I was given over the phone, do not attempt to remove the liner. It is glued to the inner styrofoam shell which is glued to the outer helmet shell. Needless to say that the inner shell separated from the outer shell as I tried to remove the liner. I called Vega helmet back and explained what happened. Without hesitation, they offered to replace my helmet. Several days later I received my replacement Warrior helmet in the thin blue line flag scheme. I absolutely love this design more since I've been in law enforcement for over 15 years. Not only does Vega Helmets make an awesome half helmet with the Warrior series, but their customer service is amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I got mine with the Vega helmet with the Patriotic Flag graphics and have received many compliments. The drop down sun shield works fantastic and fits over my Px. glasses. It does not rattle, is easy to use, stays in place, and has great clarity. I am pleasantly surprised at only about $80 how well this Vega Helmet is made. It fits great, and the adjustable headband is awesome when wearing a skull cap or beanie under helmet . I have an HD helmets that the graphic is pealing off after just 3 years that was cleaned properly w/ only warm water. This Vega is as good or better than my HD helmet, IMHO. Bottom line , glad I didn't save a few bucks, (or spend more) and be disappointed in a different brand

My head size is 22.9 inches so I’m right between the medium and large. I ordered both the large and medium. Because of the adjustment feature they both would work, but the medium is the one I chose. It was slightly tight, but fit perfect after a few trips as it formed to my head. The white color helmet is a beautiful pearl white and shimmers in the light. The micro helmet adjustment is great and for the life of me can figure out why anyone would buy a helmet with that archaic d ring nightmare. The smoke shield pulls down and goes up with ease. I also bought the clear shield here on amazon for night riding. The shield pulls straight out and the replacement goes in just as easily. 15 second job. I was worried the helmet would pull up at higher speeds, but that was not the case. The shield is invaluable and works fine with my prescription glasses. I would like to see the shield made slightly larger for more wind protection. I was expecting to return the helmet quite honestly being from a no name company, but the truth is I love it and is my favorite warm and cold weather helmet. I pair the helmet with an Alaskan Hardgear Gaitor to cover my face. I also love the fact that they support the product offering different color shields and ear pads. I have bought both and they pair perfectly with the helmet.

Half helmets are lite and really are super for glasses wearers. This Vega helmet is the best of it's style that I have ever owned. I have had a few different brands and pretty much liked most of them. This helmet checks all the boxes with me. Nice feel on the head. Adjustment knob is a great feature, buckling and unbuckling couldn't be easier. Flat black color. What more could you ask for? I bought a pair of Vega ear pads for keeping the wind noise down. Feel great. I'm one happy cruiser!!

Misleading. No helmet. Sure says helmet / sheild.

Misleading no helmet, dispute reviews, title and description there is NO helmet. What you get is a visor without attachments. Product returned for this reason.

ut says that helmet plus sunshade but i received only sunshade ....was not too happy but life is life so i return it and received my money back ..it was quick
