Healthier and happier
The “00” flour has absolutely changed the quality of our homemade baked goods. Texture wise it is so soft and bakes perfectly. It is cleaner and healthier. Super easy to switch out and use instead of bleached flour.

I can’t handle gluten and when my mom went to Italy and realized she wasn’t having any negative symptoms from their food, we decided to give this a try. It’s AMAZING. I can. Finally have biscuits and gravy, BREAD, cinnamon rolls. This is just amazing

I have gluten issues and when I was told by a friend that this will not make me have a reaction..I was sold. True to my friends word, this flour from Italy causes no breakouts or allergic reactions. It also makes better bc it's ground so fine. 10/10 best flour EVER!
