Very ample replacement for OEM parts
Over time, my OEM hotend/extruder started acting up, finally giving up (threads stripped) a few weeks ago. This hotend works great, and is relatively easy to install. The most painful part of installation was fishing the wires through the factory wire loom without cutting it. First few prints were perfect. I will definitely buy again should I need to re-order in the future.

It worked on my Ender 3!
I had the tap on my heater block go bad and it started to ooze filament. Eventually, I couldn't even get the heat sink to screw into my heater block, so I went ahead and got an entirely new assembly. I didn't need to replace the heat cartridge or thermistor, so I kept the ones they sent as a backup. As such, I can't comment on the electronics of this package (which some people claim to have issues with). I can, however, say that this guy fixed my issues and my printer is back online! So, if you're in the market for new hardware, this is a great Ender 3 replacement part.

Drop in replacement
This hotend replaced my stock end after it got worn out. I was able to reuse my recently-replaced thermistor and heater so I didn't have to rewire anything.Quality is great, it fits right in, and I can't wait to print with it.

Works as well as the factory hotend did
I gave it 4 stars only because the Bowden tube didn't have the connector for the extruder side, so I ended up having to order a different bowden kit so I could connect it as my original bowden tube was pretty worn and had gotten brittle and cracked. Other than that, so far so good.I like that it has a metal throat as I am starting to print with ABS filament which requires a very high temp.My first time having to change parts on my printer, so I went into it not really knowing what to do. Didn't realize the bowden tube had to be inserted into the hotend until it butted up to the nozzle base and I got a horrible clog because I didn't do that. Once I learned my mistake, I pulled out the clog and inserted the tube all the way and after that it has been printing fine.

Great fix for me Creality Ender 3
My hot end kept jamming up mid-print. I disassembled it and drilled out all the gummed up plastic, but it kept jamming up again. This new hot end fixed all that nonsense and it prints like new again!I'll be ordering another one as a backup!

Not as scary as it looked to install in an Ender 3
This was the first time I replace my hot end, and I was pretty nervous I would do irreparable harm. Luckily it wasn't as difficult as I had expected it to be.The piece is the same as the one that came stock with my Ender 3 model, it is 24v so before you buy it, check your assembly manual that came with your Ender 3 and make sure yours is a 24v (some seem to be 12v). Mine came with a silicon sock like this, but it seems that some of the older ones just had captains tape, and if that is the case with yours, this is a slight upgrade.I would suggest a pair of needle nose pliers, as you might need them to plug in the wires to the screw down wire connectors on the board. The space is very small and it is hard to see what you are doing in there. The mini screwdriver that came with the Ender 3 will fit the screws on the board.I watched a tutorial video on youtube and paused it repeatedly as I followed it step by step. After doing it just once, I feel like I could easily do it again without instruction.I am seriously debating upgrading to the micro swiss all metal extruder now, but I am glad that I practiced with a much less expensive one and learned a little bit about installation and the parts ahead of time.

PITA
got this to replace a hot end with a bad thermistor that was stuck from oozing, it did the job. fit my ender 3 pro perfectlyultimately it works, but from the factory the screw holding in the thermistor was overtightened, causing a dead short when heated. I spent probably around 2 hours trying to diagnose this issue, but eventually got there. If you ever install this hot end and find that the machine just beeps, back off the screw holding the thermistor in and stick some kapton tape in there to fix where the insulation got damaged, and you'll be good to go.

this was easier to buy than a new thermistor
I had a heating element go out on my Ender 3, and when trying to replace that I broke the thermistor wires (they're very thin and easy to break). In my frustration I got this, and it was really the way I need to go from now on. Basically screw this on, run the wires to the control board, plug those in and this was ready to go. The price is very 'no frills'..save your silicone head from the original and you should be good to go with this. For the price if I ever have a thermistor or heating element go, I'll just do this to save me the hassle and time of running all of the wires through. Some people don't mind that stuff, but if you do, this is the product for you.
