Over time it can lead to some wear and damage to trousers (basically wears out two spots at the bottom of the pocket), but my experience is that it takes years for that to happen -- and it isn't that much different from what used to happen when I had all leather wallets. Sure, I'd rather never have discovered how good their customer service is. That said, customer support can differentiate a company I want to do business with from one I don't, and I would happily do business with them again. In fact, I'm kinda thinking maybe the whole family need passport covers...

Great wallet that keeps my cards safe!
Great wallet -- this is the 2nd I've had. The first lasted about 5 years, but it had leather for the seam and that finally gave out. This one is all metal and very cool looking. It is slim and fits in my back pocket without any problems. Over time it can lead to some wear and damage to trousers (basically wears out two spots at the bottom of the pocket), but my experience is that it takes years for that to happen -- and it isn't that much different from what used to happen when I had all leather wallets.

Nice product, great customer service

It's also by far the most stylish wallet I could find without leather, which is a requirement for me. Stainless Steel wallet a winner
I've had this wallet for several months, and it still looks like a high quality product. No seams have opened up, the inside pockets easily take daily usage. It is an attention getter. Feels smooth and luxurious. I'd buy one again, and would recommend it to anyone.

RFID blocking? .. Nope. Nice wallet though.
It's a nice wallet, don't get me wrong .. but RFID blocking it ISN'T. My work ID scans at the door just fine through it and I can pickup my Amex from my phone just fine too.

I used this for one day, sat on something sharp and it ruined the wallet.

It doesn't even look or feel like steel.
Thin and smooth. Bills and cards don't add much bulk to it. Tried a simple test with a hotel card key and couldn't get the door scanner to read through it. So I guess it really is much more secure for your cards than ordinary wallets. And it looks sleek. It doesn't even look or feel like steel.

Good, but not Great Wallet
I would give this wallet 5 stars except for one small issue I have with it, and that's size. This wallet seems to be just a smidge larger than it needs to be, with the result that its almost perfectly square, hard corners can rub against the fabric of your pants pocket and potentially wear a hole. I would like to see the next iteration of this wallet slim down a bit and round off the corners even more. It is quite sturdy and I feel it looks even better after some wear and tear on it.

Elegant looking and nice to have.
I love the tilted inner card pockets. They really make pulling and putting back the cards easy. The only problem is when stained, then it gets messy and not easy to clean withing the weaved steel mesh.
