Brightness for safety.
Very good quality for price I walk early in the morning and will use as safety light. Very bright, great purchase. Would recommend very pleased.

Delivered promptly and works as described. Used immediately after delivery to direct traffic at food pantry for needy families during rain storm. Flashlight was visible during downpours and seems adequately water-proof. Don't know if it floats, but it worked well with soaked gloves and constant heavy rains.

Decent quality for the price
This wand feels flimsy until you put batteries in it and it suddenly feels better in the hand due to the weight. The plastic parts do not seem super-durable, but this should stand up to a lot of use if it is taken care of. I am not certain that the light could stand up to any major drops, but at the price it is sold for on Amazon, it is worth the price in my opinion. The LED lights work just fine on my model, and I predict they should last a long time given that they are LED lights and they are powered by two D cell batteries.

Will be ordering a second one
Wish we got two. My hubby and I use this when we are backing the trailer up the driveway after dark. This is not too long and definitely bright. A second one will make it even easier. The kids love playing with it, too.

Not what i expected
I purchased this product for traffic control at night or early morning as well as crowd/usher control and its not what i expected its not bright enough but it gets the Job done does not look like any of the youtube videos you see.

Nice wand but could be more affordable
Better quality than the 1482! I wish the price were closer to the 1482. Very sturdy wand and is highly visible.
