comfortable, and a great value
Excellent sound. The magnetic ear bud connection is nice. I listen to books at night to fall asleep, this headphones work perfect for that. Fairley durable, I am on my second pair but they last atleast 6-9 months with the wear and tear of sleeping. Great value for the price.

Great earbuds for the price
Good clear sound. I like that the back of the earbuds are magnetic so they stick together when hanging around my neck. Good long durable charge. Easily synced to my android and apple phones.

5th pair in less than 16 months, they fail pretty fast
NANAMI Earbuds, Update Bluetooth Wireless Headphones, IPX7 Waterproof, in-Ear Earphones with Mic, Magnetic Neckband, HiFi Stereo Deep Bass Noise Cancellation Headsets,18 Hours Playtime for Gym,Sports ASIN # B07H7X7J75 UPDATE: 10.8.2025 - I've had this last pair for over a year and they're still going strong. Sound and volume good, and I can still get at least 6 - 7 hours of listening time before needing a charge. Both sides working good. The other pairs by this company were subpar, but this pair is a vast improvement. HINT: All of these earbuds that use fine wires are fairly fragile, if you pull on an earbud, or it gets suddenly caught on something and jerked out of your ear, you run the rise of breaking these teeny, tiny, superfine wires and the result is one or both sides loosing sound, and it can't be repaired. I use these only for TV viewing, and that is on a transmitter because my television's BT sux. (Transmitter sold an Amazon, 1Mii, long range, easy paring, volume control ASIN B0C9J2TQ3R, low price comparitively) The latency with both combinded is very low, but given how much dubbed content is on streaming now it almost doesn't matter /s. Upgrade my review to 4 Stars, and I recommend, but not for high activity such as in the gym. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the 5th pair of these I've owned, the last one made it just past one year. Thank goodness I know that the lifespan of most earbuds is less than 2 years so I added an Asurion plan. Back when the Asurion warranties box would prompt automatically when you would add a set of these to the shopping cart. It is one giant red flag when Asurion warranties don't prompt on items with their price range. (they generally don't warranty anything below $20) If they're not willing to take a chance, then strongly consider taking a chance with these as well. First pair one side stopped working, within sellers warranty and they replaced it. Second pair stopped taking a charge, again, replaced by seller. Third pair, left side quit, two months. exchanged for 4th pair. see below. Fourth pair, right side stopped working, one year + 2 months. omfg! This the 5th pair, is an upgrade, the buttons are different and is now uses a USB C port to charge instead of the former micro USB, FINALLY. And also upgrade to BT 5.3 - or at least they say that. Which changes the specs and makes this a different model, still using reviews from their former earbuds. A practice by many sellers which Amazon should end. Asurion credited me the full amount within hours after dropping off this piece of future toxic landfill, or worse, in the oceans. KUDOS to Asurion. Can't go wrong for $2.00. Only problem is that they have to give you your money back in the form of an Amazon gift card, which seems kinda illegal to me? So I bought this pair to replace them. The only reason I got these is because the sound and volume are pretty good for the price, and they pair pretty easily with all my BT devices. And I only use these for TV watching. BUT I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND, because of the high failure rate. I will give them 3 stars because the sellers were good about replacing failed sets of these within their 1 year warranty. And I still might send them back out of principle. And a piece of advice, when reading the 5 star reviews on these or any Amazon products, check the history of the reviewers, and see how many of them have entirely all 5 star reviews, with maybe a 2 or 3 star review for effect. Cheers to Amazon for having that feature. And also sometimes I do that on the 1 star reviews because there are influencers also paid to trash a product as well, not to mention competitors. Trolls are a fact of life now. I've actually ended up buying other products recommended by other reviewers I can trust based on their review history. It will tell you a lot. To sum this up. The sound and volume are decent, the lifespan? Not so much. I hoped this helped you make an informed decision, and avoid some added angst and frustration in your life. If it did, let me know. peace out

Nice earbuds
I really like these earbuds! They have good sound and hang around your neck like a necklace with a magnet when you don’t use them. Just what I needed.

What dud buds
I bought 2 pairs of these buds & use them for running, alternating between the two pairs. They work great. To start with, I can hang them around my neck with the magnets on each bud attaching to each other to make a necklace that prevents the buds from dropping off. The downside is that the cables are rather long & they hang down to my sternum with the earbuds connected to each other. It would therefore not be practical to run with the earbuds hanging down, when they are not in use, as they swing about a lot. When worn, these buds give one the appearance that there are plenty of cables busily running around or encircling one's face & neck. The thicker part of the cable that hangs behind the neck is not too thick & I barely notice them when they are there. The counterweight to the control pod prevents the cable from slipping left & right during the run or a turn of the head. The buttons of the control pod took a while to get used to, with the power/pause/play button at the end of the 3 button line-up. In most earbuds, it is the center button. They connect quickly to my previously-paired devices without fuss. Now for the most important feature: the sound. These buds sound fabulous. Music & voice are well projected & clear, highs & mids are tuned a little more pronounced than neutral, bass is thumping good when the buds are well sealed within the ear canal opening, & channel separation is present. These buds do not come with wings or hooks. They just sit at the opening of your ear canal. Hence, you will need to fit right-sized ear tips for yourself & give them a light twist when inserting them into the ear canal to ensure a good seal. The best position of the buds for me are when the cable running from them hangs down from the ear canal. These buds are said to have an IPX7 rating & to be waterproof. I have rinsed them under running water after every run as I perspire lots after each run, & they still work fine after 2 months. I've used them around 8 times per pair now. Almost all my previous earbuds have failed me after a little over a year of use, probably due to water ingress. I hope that does not happen with these. Only time will tell. Finally, the icing on the cake: these buds do not cost the earth. What's there not to like? Update on 29 Aug 2022. I have used these buds for 10 months now & I gotta say that they are fabulous! Haven't had a problem with them & they sound just as great as at first use. I just needed to update that I have realised the engineering genius of wrapping the tether cable that connects the control pod & counterweight, around the back & sides my neck. Unlike conventional designs of tethered earbuds, the control pod & counterweight do not hang free but they rest on the sides of my neck. That prevents them from swinging about while working out or turning my head. That's one less irritation for me. In addition, I don't need to hold the control pod when skipping songs, pausing or adjusting the volume. I only need to press the buttons on the pod that's resting against my neck. It doesn't hurt at all. How smart is that?! Kudos to Nanami for a brilliant design. Update on Oct 28, 2022: One of the pairs of these buds eventually stopped working around a week ago. It failed to charge or power up. Contacted customer service & they informed me that the warranty is usually a year & I was out of time. I had a year & a month of ownership & use. Guess I got what I paid for. Sad to say that all these budget buds give up their ghost shortly after a year's regular use. And to think I had such good things to say about these ones here! Update on Jan 14, 2023: My 2nd piece died a week ago, 1 year 4 months after. So there, no more Nanami X1 earbuds for me. Latest update (Jan 9, 2024): My 4th & last Nanami X1 has failed after only 10 months of use. There is no or intermittent sound out of the right bud, with crackling & fade in/out every second.

Still good 4 years later!!!
I can report these are still going strong 4 years later! I would definitely purchase again. I only use them for workouts so I’m really only using them 5 hours a week at most. The charge lasts awhile too.

Revised: junk headphones
I bought a pair of earbuds from my phone manufacturer and paid about two hundred bucks for them. I'm afraid to use them for any activity more strenuous than walking, as they don't stay in my ears that well, even after trying several different . I have visions of them falling out while I'm running, bicycling, or mowing the lawn and getting damaged or destroyed. I don't like corded headphones, either, as the cord always seems to get in the way between my ears and my pocket where the phone resides. I decided to give these a try and am very happy with them. The short cord and neck band don't bother me at all and the earbuds actually fit more securely in my mutant ear canals than any I've previously purchased. If they were to fall out, the neck band would hold them in place, rather than allowing them to end up under a bicycle wheel. Performance-wise, they paired quickly with my phone. The sound is pretty good for the price. I grew up driving a car with an AM radio and a speaker in the dash. Although I appreciate the luxury of surround sound, I'm happy being able to sing along and mangle the lyrics, and focus my pace on the beat as I exercise. They don't have noise cancellation, but if I'm bicycling near traffic some sound getting through is a good thing. I just mess up all of the functions on my high-end buds, skipping forward and pausing and adjusting the volume and asking Alexa what the temperature is. The volume adjustment is all I need and it works. I don't have any friends and nobody ever calls me except the car warranty people, so I haven't taken any phone calls on these headphones. For what I'm asking them to do, they're pretty good! February 2024: They didn't last a year of light use: walking the elderly dog in the afternoon, boring weekly meetings at work for an hour a week, and occasional yard work. I was mowing the lawn the other day. They started telling me the battery was low. My phone displayed the headphones' battery status at about 10%. And then they stopped working. I put them on the charger overnight. I tried them the next day. They came on for about a minute, connected to my phone, where the battery meter still showed 10%, and then powered off. I can't get them to charge any longer. I have an inline USB voltage tester (https://www.amazon.com/UNI-T-Detector-Digital-Voltmeter-Capacity/dp/B0B8YW541N?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1) My 2-y-o wireless keyboard is currently charging with the same cord that won't charge my headphones. 4.99 V, 0.21A, on the keyboard. 0.00 Amps on the headphones. I renounce my positive review from nine months ago.

This is my 2nd pair. I will buy these over and over until they stop making them.
Absolutely, here's a positive review for the NANAMI Bluetooth Earbuds: I recently got my hands on the NANAMI Bluetooth Earbuds and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. These earbuds offer a remarkable audio experience, with a HiFi stereo sound that boasts deep, immersive bass and crystal-clear trebles. Whether I'm jamming to my favorite beats or taking calls on the go, the sound quality is consistently top-notch. The 5.0 Bluetooth technology ensures a seamless and stable connection to my devices. Pairing is a breeze, and I've experienced zero lag or dropouts while enjoying my music or podcasts. What truly sets these earbuds apart is their IPX7 waterproof rating. I've worn them during intense workouts and even in the rain, and they've held up brilliantly. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my earbuds can handle a bit of moisture makes them an excellent companion for my active lifestyle. The in-ear design not only provides a comfortable fit but also effectively isolates external noise, allowing me to truly immerse myself in my music. The added magnetic neckband feature is a clever touch – it keeps the earbuds securely around my neck when not in use, making them super convenient to carry around. The built-in microphone works exceptionally well, offering clear call quality even in noisy environments. And with an impressive 15 hours of playtime, I rarely find myself reaching for the charging case. Speaking of which, the quick charging capability is a lifesaver when I'm in a hurry. Lastly, the black with red color scheme adds a touch of style to these earbuds, making them not just functional but also visually appealing. All in all, the NANAMI Bluetooth Earbuds have won me over with their impressive sound quality, comfort, and durability. Whether it's for a workout session at the gym or just casual listening, these earbuds are an outstanding choice that I wholeheartedly recommend.
