If it doesnt break before you're done putting it together , then yes. However , the materials are cheaply made compared to other ping pong tables you may be used to so if you live in a place where weather seeps through your garage, then maybe keep it indoors

Is it difficult and time consuming to build this table?

The table is very time consuming even for a long time handyman. Its also made with cheap items so if you aren't keen to d.i.y. products then hiring someone to out it together would be ideal
