Excellent product!
This is compatible with Awlcraft 2000 (a softer urethane paint) and it did a fantastic job bringing my boat's hull back to life. Excellent product. Follow up with a good polymer coating and you're good to go!

Excellent 3M product
This is a fantastic 3M product. Of course I'm old school started using it back in the 90s. It is a cleaner wax, meaning it has very small abrasive particles in it along with a wax. It will remove oxidation and scratches from clear coat. I apply it with the wool or wool substitute buffing pad. Then you must apply a wax with a foam waffle pad I use black.

Works great when used properly
Have used this product for many years. Recently I used it to buff out a boat hull that I sprayed with 1 Stage catalyzed urethane. When used properly you can achieve a beautiful shine.

Great product
This is the one of the best products for swirl removal of paint, polishing headlight lenses, minor scratch removal, and just about any polishing of plastic, polycarbonate, aluminum, copper, gold, pewter, or any powder coated surfaces. The price is lower than most automotive paint supply outlets.

Professional-quality polish - effective for swirl removal and finishing shine
The 3M Finesse-It II polish delivers a clean, glossy finish and noticeably reduces swirl marks and minor scratches on painted surfaces. It’s easy to use with a buffer, requires light to medium pressure, and leaves paint with a deep shine. Great choice if you want to restore a smooth, “just-waxed” look to your car without heavy compounding.

Works, elbow grease
Doesn’t quite work as well as previous products (so I’m told). Wish it worked better on small scratches

It’s easy to apply, effectively removes imperfections, and leaves a brilliant shine.

nothing else like it
I use this for finish polishing varnished and painted marine surfaces. I can take out some moderate scratches yet finishes up at a very high gloss in one step. It is expensive but you can skip one or two grades of cutting with other compounds and get great results.

Excellent product as always with 3m

Used this product with a 5" orbital polisher and orange pads to refinish a 20 year old RV with badly oxidized fibreglass panels. I started by wet sanding with 4000 grid to get the worse oxidation off and followed up with the 3M finesse-it II. Worked brilliantly, I had the entire RV done in a weekend. Excellent product, would highly recommend.

We have used this product for years when preparing our boat for polishing. Finesse-It offers zero surface protection, but cleans and shines surface prior to polishing.

I have been using this product for a long time and it has never let me down. Very fine polish I did by hand first cut. I bought this truck thinking I had to repaint. A good rub down and polish brought it back. Before application on left, hand rub on right.

Awesome stuff, and hard to find. Without fillers, silicones or harsh chemicals - this is the best performing, least offensive smelling polish I have ever found. I use it for PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) while working the hail trail. After using a 3000 Grit Tolecut, this polish and a buffer will make short work of leftover dry spots and imperfections. Like magic.
