I’ve purchased this from Amazon several times and it’s always been the same excellent quality. It’s a very fine powder with a good, strong smell and flavor. The price is very reasonable. If you use it up fairly quickly it will store well in the container it comes in, but as it tends to last us for quite a while my wife stores it in a freezer bag with all the air removed in the freezer. She has found that it will last indefinitely this way and will still have the same taste and smell. It works as well for making a quick garlic toast as it does mixed into recipes or used for maître d butter.

The Spice Classic Garlic Powder is a great value, with good flavor, particularly effective in meat, fish, and turkey dishes. Its hefty bottle contains 16 oz. and is of good quality, with its robust, unmistakable flavor.

I like buying bulk spices and the size is perfect for me I cook a lot and I like to season my food well. This product is fantastic to use no clumps it smells like garlic the quality is great please if you use a lot of spices and seasonings this is a very nice product

This has great flavor and a large volume for the price. I don't see any downside to this if you like to flavor with garlic powder which I prefer over the garlic salt.

Product is good and since I like using a lot of garlic, the size is great. So far, this product works well with anything I am cooking, baking, grilling, smoking, marinading, etc. However, I was disappointed in the fact that this product more resembled Granulated Garlic than Garlic Powder. Depending on what I was preparing, it did become a bit of an issue, but otherwise I was still happy with the product. I am willing to purchase it again, but will view it as purchasing Granulated Garlic next time.
