This machine is a good value for the money.
I like this machine because it’s easy to use. I have been sewing for many years and now I’m becoming a more versatile seamstress. I’ve made 2 dress much faster than on my regular machine. I’ve embroider many different items and used a flash drive with ease. I would tell experienced and novice to buy this machine.

Very Happy
Wow! I love this sewing machine. It runs smooth and very user-friendly. I really appreciate the needle threader. It’s an improvement on older versions. I have not tried the embroidery but I am looking forward to using it.

Arrived broken, otherwise nice
Arrived with the auto threader broken. Requested support, went back and forth for several days as they wanted it taken to a Brother repair shop and there aren’t any within 100 miles. Got a refund, will order again, and hope it isn’t damaged.

need to buy Q embroidery foor to embroider
So far I like this machine-great for sewing but be advised you will need to buy a Q embroidery foot which will run another 30$ or so Whoops My Mistake -found Q foot at the bottom of box-definitely a 5 star purchase

Overall this is a really great sewing machine to have
I love how smooth and easy it is to sew definitely needs better directions. As to how to have it to thread the needle itself. I figured it out.

I am in complete annoyance as I have paid more than I should have for this product for it to only be not only extremely complicated, there were a number of items missing from the package. 100% it's refurbished because there was font in Chinese, and the products (aka) needles were in Chinese. I am in absolute disappointment! if you are looking to invest in a machine! please find another outlet to grab the REAL Brother machines. it's b.s
