Delicious!
I sprinkle this liberally on sweet potatoes and it’s so good. I cut the potatoes in half lengthways, score them with a knife, but on butter or coconut oil, and sprinkle this on before baking. I’ve tried other spices, but this is my favorite.

I Use spices on many recipes
This spice is amazing with perfectly blended spices and extraordinary taste. Although I enjoy Middle Eastern dishes, I rarely cook them; however, I am guilty of adding MiddlevEastern seasonings to enhance my southeastern USA recipes. I made the mistake of ordering from Amazon a “more for the money” brand. It comes nowhere near the taste of this spice. This is my go to spice and I will not change brands again.

Good flavor.
Probably an acquired taste for some people. Great for Lebanese style ruffed grape leaves.

American loving it!
No Lebanese blood or travel here, but I CAN say the spice was fresh and delicious. I checked my cannister yesterday, and it's only half full! I've used that much in 60 days, just adding it to things like rice, cauliflower and lamb. As I said, I can't swear to the authenticity of this spice blend, but I do love it, and find it fits perfectly with the Lebanese recipes I cook, and as an interesting and tasty addition to many other things like rice, pilafs, buttered noodles and vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, kale and kohlrabi. Given the frequency with which I use it (and the cost of buying,) I plan to try to make my own Lebanese Seven Spice from scratch; I'll let you know how Zamouri stands up. A Lebanese friend told me that it's a matter of personal taste, and that every family in Lebanon makes their own special version. So far Zamouri Seven Spice satisfies my personal tastes very well.

Seven spice
I am into learning about different cuisines. Every month I pick a different culture to learn about their foods and techniques. Is a hobby I picked up lol. Arabic food is by far my favorite and easy to cook. This spice it normally the combination Arabs use in their spices. Love that is natural. However a little expensive but worth it! Thanx :)
