I used to be very interested in calligraphy when I was a kid. I have wanted to get back into it for a very long time, so I ordered this kit. I really didn't have very high expectations of it (most things these days leave much to be desired) but I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. There are four generous bottles of calligraphy ink. A metal pen holder, a wood calligraphy dip pen, and an array of quality nibs. Everything you need to get going! I bought this set for my lil girl. She was just beginning to start calligraphy. She's draws and sketches so many different beautiful things. It's very unique and looks antique just like it's an authentic old set. It comes in a beautiful padded box. Its bigger than what we expected. My lil girl has recently passed away from a rare heart condition called takyasu's arteritis. But I'm going to keep this set right on her desk, right where she had it.

I like this product when I received it. It looks very beautiful and very easy to assemble. I can practice my handwriting anywhere because it not heavy and big size. If as a gift for friends that is good idea and good deal. Seller package is very organized. Shipping very fast.

I am new at calligraphy, but I can say that this set arrived in perfect condition and it was boxed impeccably in a sturdy beautiful box(great for gifting) . This set also contained clear instructions explaining the contents, what the various nibs were for, their care,and instructions on how to use them.also included were different styles of calligraphy and tips for beginners. I am truly impressed with the quality of this set!

This is smaller and light than I thought. There are 10 different nibs there and 4 small bottles of ink. The gift set come with an instruction. And there is a base for inserting the pen. Anyway, it’s ok to be a gift!

I was very pleased to get this, it was the perfect gift to give, but it came with no black ink. Also the ink is thin an you tend to need to dip the pen more often.The "pen" is very light and feels great it the hand. Experimenting with the different tips may take some time getting use to though.

This calligraphy pen set was beautifully d splayed in its' own box.. This is a gift and I know this person will love it. The nibs are crafted very well with many to choose from in order to write with different fonts. Four different colored inks was impressive also. I highly recommend this set .
