Great, quality pillow.
We've had this pillow for a while now and it is still firm, yet fluffy. we went through three pillows before this one; one from Ikea, it turned flat and lumpy, a really cheap 'we-should've-known-better-one from Walmart and a more pricey version from Fred Meyer and this one is the best. It cost a little more than the other three but is worth it.I don't know when pillows became so cheap and worthless, I don't think we bought pillows so often when I was a kid, but that might have been because we were super poor, but I think our pillows didn't turn into limp, thin cushions overnight the way some of these other pillows did. It was truly amazing how quickly they flattened out, it was like magic.So if you are looking for a firm pillow that will hold it's shape, this is the pillow for you.Update: 10 December 2016, the pillow is still pretty firm but fluffy. Six months ago my husband bought a pillow from Ikea and it is already pretty lumpy and lopsided while this pillow is still going strong. I'll buy another pillow in a year. I don't think it could last much longer than that, but maybe I'll be wrong!

I do not recommend this purchase
PILLOWS DIDNT GO FLAT FOR A CIUPLE OF MONTHS , manufacturer replaced flat pillows honoring warranty , and now a couple of months later they are Flat again , AMAZON SHOULD STOP SELLING THEM PRODUCT IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH ITS NAME ., I bought new pillows today from TJ MAXX AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE THESE PILLOWS AGAIN

Not Manufactured by Spring Air
I was looking for a pillow manufactured by the well-known mattress/pillow company Spring Air. This pillow is manufactured by a different company, but is using the name Spring Air. This pillow was not comfortable to me.

"Won't go flat" not really true. They're ok. I'm constantly having to flip it so it fluffs back out a little. After a couple of months, it went down to less than 1/2 it's size. Not totally flat, so still an ok pillow. But I'm sure there is a much better pillow out there than this one
