DiamondBoxx Model L2 Black - Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker Loud Clear 445 Watts Output, aptX HD, TWS, 48 Hours per Charge 4 amplifiers for 0 Distortion and Aluminum woofers for Maximum bass

I've been a huge fan of DimondBoxx even before my first purchase of the Model M. Their customer service and communication are amazing. Since the L2's release, I decided it was time to upgrade and I am mostly happy I did. This time around shipping was quick, packaging was done really well, and I love my new L2 except for one problem which accounts for the 4 stars. The Bluetooth 5.0 device in this model doesn't perform as well as the 4.2 in the older models from my experience. I've communicated this with DiamondBoxx who have been amazing in communication along the way. They paid to ship my boxx back to them to change out the Bluetooth HW and ship it expedited back but unfortunately, at this time it is still having issues cutting out. Only reason this is a concern is that my Model M never had these issues with the Bluetooth 4.2.I will update my review as I work with DimondBoxx. If this Bluetooth issue is solved down the road, I'd absolutely update to 5 stars. No matter what, I'm a loyal fan and customer for life because of DiamondBoxx's customer service, product quality/build overall, US made, and the audio quality is unparalleled. I don't know of any other Bluetooth speaker you can crank all the way up and not hear it distort. This thing shakes my house! I can't wait to show this thing off outdoors this summer. And don't forget the amazing battery life.
