Crap! Bad out of the box
Definitely not worth the money.I bought two sets of these. The color cartridge failed out of the box with one of them prints only blue and green). The other prints only red.And one of the blacks didn't print at all!The second set included an eraser, which tells you something...The black cartridge seems to work

664xl Ink Cartridges is not printing properly.
The product is used for school work , it is not printing properly, the black and colored is not. I am very disappointed with the type of ink you send to me, I expected to get quality for my money and I received nonsense. I would like a replacement, right now my daughter cannot print her assignment for school. am waiting for a favorable response.

Do not buy
The color ink did not work. The black only half full. Had to go and buy the brand ink.This was very disappointing.Rubbish.

Not new but previously used ink.
This fitted my printer just fine.when I installed it the printer said that the ink was previously used and this was strange since I just opened the package.After being installed I realised the coloured ink was indeed used before but the black wasn't. Why sell a used ink enclosed it and say new??

Overall a good value
Good quality but I find that I have to take the cartridges out between usage as they tend to dry out and then their life is very short. I put them in a little plastic bag and they seem to last much longer.

Don't Buy This Knock Off
The instructions are far too complicated. I don't even want to try to follow them. Will probably just throw this product in the trash. It's annoying me before I even try to use it.

Installed without any changes to the HP printer software.
HP printers know when you are trying to use refills and NOT HP inks. These worked the first time nice.
