Organ Super Food - Gluten Free Brown Rice, Quinoa and Kale Penne Pasta 250g

Overall, I think this pasta was a hair above average when it comes to gluten free pasta. As I did cook this pasta aldente, I thought the texture was solid and only a hair gritty at first and held up well with the first meal. When reheating the leftovers though, the pasta got mushier as time went on. The overall flavor was okay too. I think I enjoyed the spinach one in the bunch the best.I'm on the fence whether or not I would buy this brand again only because of the mushy factor.I would say though for a gluten free product - it isn't bad and the flavor was decent.

I was hoping that the combination of kale, quinoa and brown rice would be a nutritious and different gluten free pasta, but there is a distinctive bitter taste that is nuoiceable even with pasta sauce and rather unpleasant. The texture also does not hold up the next day for leftovers, becoming somewhat crumbly., which indicates to me a hihger rice content than i'd prefer (more quinoa (protein)please!). Not a fan.

A bit pricey but worth the money . I don’t think there is another product out there that is gluten free , vegan and a bunch of the other stuff this pasta is free off. Definitely not one made with super foods.

The product was delivered in a timely manner. The product taste is very good, with a fair price point. I will purchase again. And, I highly recommend this product.
