Will this fit the youth model Remington 1100?

I have these sights on my Browning Citori 12 ga and love it for shooting pheasants & trap. The manufacturer should list the specifications sufficiently to see if it is wide enough to fit snugly on the 1100's ventilated rib.

Will this fit browning gold hunter 12 gauge?

You need to measure the width of the Rib on the Shot Gun. If it is 1/4" to 3/8" it will fit. If it is wider you will need the 400 model.
