Very please with it...

I am so pleased with this product. Since it has a flat base, I decided to display it in my home.

The current version is much more slender and has a narrower base which makes it much more susceptible to falling over with light wind.Needed to perform 2 modifications.First was to fill the base with sand then plug the opening with a cork.Second was to open up the flag holes as they are not large enough to accommodate locally bought flags that are on wooden sticks, not plastic.

We will see how it holds up in the harsh weather.

We have this sitting in the center of the dashboard of our motorhome, right up next to the windshield (when parked, of course). We get a lot of comments about it, either thanking us for our service or telling us that they served in the air force to. That of course leads to the questions what did you do and where did you serve, then come the war stories. Great way to meet people with an interest in the air force.

My son is a former Marine. He had a garden stone, but it became weathered over the years. This recent purchase was a replacement. I was completely satisfied with this product. I was glad to find a replacement.
