I ordered this tea table from them. encountered too much of headache to receive this item from beginning, after ordering the item(cost around 17000rs), took two months to arrive to my home" BROKEN CONDITION". Packing was worst for such an expensive item, Quality of product dont even imagine at ok level. Painting is worst, getting peel off all corners and joints. They promise to send local repair people but they just keep going only with promises (you must keeping calling them for same and they do nothing). after a week the top part was started shaking and getting detached. Informed them and reported many times. then agreed to send replace item. replace item came after one and half month. This time the paint design is completely different and a huge bend on the top part of the table (keep up the good work) even though I was keep mentioning about the quality they deliver in such a worst way. This time the table weight is less than half of the old broken one. (obviously reduced quality of product as it is replacement item) well done!!!. Now I have two defective products at home and I have no words to ask them again for product. complete Waste of money and time. First five pictures are from broken item. six and seventh pictures are second time delivered different paint design, very light weight and huge bend at the top part. Both are going to bust bin soon. Sense less business!!! if you don't have ability to produce good product and deliver in good condition, why are you doing to this business at customers cost?
