Nothing made my old HH Scott (1960) stereo amp sound as good as these tubes
JJ Rocks!!! Tried GE (was good) and Russian tubes. Nothing made my old HH Scott (1960) stereo amp sound as good as these tubes. The company strives to make the tubes especially for high fidelity audio tube amps. Defects are rare. I had one defective tube out of 11 in my system, but had bought backups as usual. They are vacuum tubes, glass, and can be broken in transit so good to have a backup tube. Still, they have nearly an indefinite shelf life. I was also surprised at how modest the price was. They can barely keep up with demand for this worldwide market, but a little wait for a back order is well worth the wait. Customer service is excellent. If you have a tube amp and want to refresh or upgrade your tubes, go to JJ Electronics. I hope they are around forever. What a sound :-)

Duds.
Just had my Fisher 500B refurbed and the tech suggested new power tubes. He also said that I wouldn't hear the difference between any of them. I'm pretty old and have blasted the Klipsch for decades, so he may be right. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong tubes.Just four months after purchase (and just one month out of warranty), TWO out of four tubes failed miserably and cannot be used. And of course, they won't exchange them. These tubes are CRAP CRAP CRAP. 50 percent of my tubes have failed. I wonder how long the other two will last?? Do NOT buy!

tubes for hh scott amp
I use these tubes in my vintage hh scott 7591 and they work very well.The only issue with modern tubes is that they are too tall. I cannot get mycover back on my amp. This is annoying but beats the ridiculous price of NOSon the bay. I have used these for over a month now daily and have had no issue'swhatsoever. I will buy them again when needed.

Great value. Good sound
I’m just super happy these tubes are available again. These ones sound great...every bit as nice as the vintage RCA tubes I swapped them out with in a 30 watt 1965 guitar amp.

This fixed our stereo
We have an old stereo and hadn't used it in awhile.. so we got this tube and were listening again to it again Music the way it's supposed to sound.
