This thing is the top! I have gone through at least 4-5 other “quick read” thermometers. It is small and mighty, ridiculously fast temp reads and very sturdy.Add to cart & proceed to checkout, you will not be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  got it for cheese making...Was hoping the established quality brand means it is great for what I needAnd for anyone with good eyes it probably is!!!!BUTmy eyes are too old for this it turns out.I warm milk for cheese and such and just need to read the temp and that is best from the top it turns out(and I don't need reading glasses just yet, but this thing is TINY).Back to the good old analog one that I can read from the topDigital reading would just need to be larger for me so the good old dial works much better coz I can just check whereabout the temp on the dial is that I need to go to.Plus this one reads from the side and my old one reads from the top. So much easier when handling liquids.Would have returned it but I was so excited when it arrived I tossed the carton.For anyone with good eyes it is probably about as good as it gets out there

Easy to use and easy to read! Just what everyone needs!

This measures 32F/0C in ice water from the tap and also matches within 0.1F of a Sous vide machine that is supposed to be accurate. I like that it seems sturdier than other stick-probe thermometers I've had.

I test commercial dishwashers and this thermometer broke in two months.

I bought it because the old one was accidentally "roasted" with some beef. Have not tested its "roastability," It performs admirably taking temperatures of dishes on the stove and outside the oven. And that's where I should have used its predecessor. I have oven thermometers that are designed for oven use, but this one has a tiny. read "thin" probe that will not let a lot of juice bleed away, preserving the juiciness. Good job!

Very accurate. Measures in F and C

This thermometer was used for only 6 weeks (not daily) and already stopped working..filled with water in spite of it being waterproof and put in a case each time.
