This scale works awesome.I wanted to use it for a couple months before I rated it so I could give an honest rating. I use it to weigh coffee beans for making pour over coffee. The scale is perfect for weighing tiny things like a coffee bean as its sensitive to 1/10 of a gram.The control panel is spring loaded and I just push in on the side of the scale and the panel pops out and when I'm done I just push it back and it locks in.The scale platform is a little bigger then a deck of cards. And comes with a plastic tray that covers the scale and when flipped over acts as a tray to put your stuff in when weighing.I would definitely order this again.

The size and concept of the scale is greatBut it has inconsistent readings which make it difficult to trust. I don’t know if it’s just the one I got or not.

On a recommendation, I ordered one in late 2014. I use a scale daily for coffee brewing. Within 6 months it started giving erratic measurements and I returned it for a new one (at no cost to me). Today, that replacement just died. Fresh batteries - nothing. Dead. I'm done with it. Convenient size but when they won't hold up to repeated use? Fool me twice...shame on me.

Great, small footprint, scale that measures to 0.1 gram. Great addition to my home espresso setup.Unfortunately, lasted only half a year and no response for a warranty claim.
