I love Josh Groban! I recommend all of his CDs

I had neglected to explore the talent and work of Josh Groban until very recently. I was listening to the radio one day when this most sublime and heavenly male voice came on, singing one of the most movingly beautiful songs I have ever heard. The song was 'February Song'. Who is that singing I wondered?, 'Oh my god, what a gorgeous voice!'... Josh Groban? I explored him further on line and then realized he was the one who sang 'You Raise Me Up', which was big in the charts a few years ago here in Australia. I wasn't familiar with his other work however, so I decided to give this 'Collection' a try.I bought it mainly because I knew it had 'February Song',and thought a compilation would be a good introduction. There are many other many beautiful tracks here though and Josh does not disappoint. His smooth baritone and vocal range are just superb, and he brings such genuine feeling and sensitive interpretation to his songs/singing. I am now a fan and will be sure to add a couple more of his CDs to my collection. A truly major singing talent, combining his classical training with contemporary style in effortless, flawless fashion. But track 2 'February Song' will always be my favourite, I can listen to it over and over again, stunning!

I love Josh Groban’s work, and when I saw this CD being offered, I quickly ordered it. It arrived promptly within Amazon Prime’s 2 day free delivery. I tore open the envelope and quickly began playing the first of the 2 CDs in this compilation of his work while I sat down to read the album’s liner notes.That was the beginning of some disappointments. The font used in these notes was extremely difficult to read because of its microscopically small grayish color. I needed a hand held magnifying glass and very good, bright lighting to read what turned out to be uninteresting and uninformative notes . I had expected to learn the length of each track, or the words to the songs, but none of this was was available. It simply listed the “credits” of the song like composer, publisher, recording studio, and copyright information. Then as I listened to the tracks, I realized that for the most part the songs were re-recorded from earlier Josh Groban albums, several of which I already had. Although I still love Josh Groban’s work, I realize I really wanted more newer music., although that’s probably not available in a compilation of his past work.I haven’t played the second CD of Christmas music yet, but I look forward to hearing Groban’s renditions of Christmas favorites during the Christmas season. I know Josh won’t let me down.

I loved it, I love the Music Josh Groban's puts out now I have it in a Collection now. I got it in great shape and all is grand! Thank YOUI tired to put in a Five star on all the Chris Mann music a friend got me for Christmas but I guess since I did not buy it, it was a friend. I could not rate all his CD's and DVD's I got from Amazon. So How can I rate Chris Mann's CD's as all are five star and are the best and is just a GREAT as Josh Groban's too!!!So Please Make Chris Mann's Music a focus for February as the Music to buy for the one you LOVE, as his Music should be showcased! I am completely happy with Josh Grogan's CD. You Raise me up. I've listened to it frequently since I bought it and can highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys music that if I'm not mistaken would be classed as a beautiful gospel hymn.
