The sound is actually better than what i was expecting for a $20 headset. The comfort takes some getting use to, it just doesn't have the swivel ear muffs like I'm used to but the headset is still very comfortable. Works with any xbox adapter, I used my turtle beach one that went to the headset that had just broke. Overall, I'm not disappointed in the slightest.

I bought this headset and I have started to notice that the mic isnt fully transmitted everything I say anymore. I've treated the headset well, not to over extend the cord, drop it, roll over the cord ect.. I have noticed that the cord does twist very easily just from putting it down and picking it up. I'm assuming the mic hasn't worked properly this whole time or that the cord twisting has weakened the wires making it not work anymore. I've tried plugging and unplugging it with no resolve.Update: Customer service was there and willing to make things right! They sent me a new headset and so far it has worked perfectly. I'll be sure to update my review if I come across any issues. This is a company worth giving a try!

Pretty impressed (so far) with this headset. I've had it for about a week and played exclusively on my PS4 Pro.- Sound quality is good, certainly quality enough for gaming. Don't need Sennheisers to play FPS.- Mic quality is great. My friend immediately commented that I sounded "Super HD".- Construction is good and solid. They feel like they will last. That said they were 25$ so at that pricepoint I expect fairly cheap materials were used. You should treat it nicely and it will last.- Was plug and play (as it should be).- The volume and mute controller is in a good spot and easy to use.- Generally comfortable. I wore them for ~4 hours and no complaints.My only negative for this headset is:- It is designed for people with narrow heads. To fit properly on a normal / wide head, you need to pull the ear cups down fairly far, which in turn lifts the bottom of the ear cup slightly off the ear. It does not interrupt the sound cancelling much but it is perceptible. It also has the effect of making the headset look quite large. But neither of those things are particularly important to me while I am playing.

The only time I ever write a review for a product is if I found the product to be a total disappointment. That is NOT the case here. I purchased the RUNMUS Gaming Headset for use with my PS4, having recently started playing an on-line game which pretty much requires you to communicate verbally with other players, something I've always avoided. I didn't want to spend a small fortune on something I would use as little as possible, so I took a chance on the RUNMUS. I'm glad I did.If you are looking for a sleek, light-weight, invisible-when-you-wear-it unit, this isn't the one for you. It's big, yet surprisingly light on your head. The whole unit feels solid in your hand and is not something you're going to lose easily in the house. The earpieces are comfortable and enclose the entire ear, so "ear fatigue" is definitely NOT an issue. The volume and on-off controls are handled by a built in switch on the headphone cable, which plugs in solidly to your Dualshock controller.Excellent sound, good stereo separation, and a comfortable fit make this a unit I can wear for long periods of time. An excellent purchase, in my opinion.

This headset is by far the best I've experienced for a budget gamer like myself. The noise cancellation is great both on my phone and my PS4. As for gaming everything works fine on it except when I'm watching movies or TV shows through streaming on my PS4. But I'm not gonna hold it against this headset as there still things I don't know about my PS4 in my 2 years and 4 months of having it so it probably my own fault, lol. My ability in playing OverWatch and hearing the enemy coming up behind me and being able to counter them has gotten better thanks to this headset and the headset even comes with a mic on and off button and volume up and down on the headset as well as an adapter for the PC if your gonna use it for the PC. This was the best 16 bucks I spent in a long time.

Updated review: I am torn on how to accurately review these because the original item failed to deliver, but the customer service I received was phenomenal and the free replacement unit I received works just fine. However, the replacement I was sent was a different model than the one pictured. It is the K8.Pros (K8): Sounds great with no latency, microphone works just fine and sensitivity is great. Inline microphone mute switch is easier to distinguish if it is on or off. Includes USB cord.Cons (K8): Ear padding and cup size seems smaller than the previous model. May be uncomfortable after extended use because the hard plastic inside the ear cup pushes against my ear slightly. Microphone boom is of the bendy kind and constantly in the way. I purchased the other model that is pictured because of the flip up mic feature. USB is built into the inline cable and gets in the way if you are only using the 3.5mm port on a controller.I am giving the combined experience and two separate products a 4 out of 5 stars. If I had received the same product in working order, it would have been an easy 5/5. I must say, though, the customer service department was in no way required to send me anything at all after returning the broken headset for a full refund but they went above and beyond to get me a replacement.Original 2-star review: Sound over these headphones is intermittent and despite tons of troubleshooting on both platforms, I couldn't get the microphone to function on either Xbox One S or Desktop PC. I had such high hopes for these based on the user reviews, but I guess you get what you pay for? Fortunately, Amazon makes the return process very easy.
