Canon EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 Image Stabilization STM Lens (Black) (Renewed)

This was a gift for my wife. Needless to say she love it! In her words: The image stabilization works really well, especially when shooting handheld. I've been able to get sharp images even at longer focal lengths, which is perfect for nature, details, and casual wildlife photography. The lens is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry on trips and outdoor adventures. Image quality is very good for its size and price. Colors look natural, autofocus is fast and quiet, and it pairs beautifully with the camera's IBIS. While it's not meant for low-light or astrophotography, in good lighting it performs consistently and reliably. This lens complements my 15-45mm perfectly and gives me much more creative flexibility without adding a lot of weight to my bag.

The lens works as hoped! It was just like a new lens. I personally love the 200mm lens, I am able to zoom without issue, capturing much more close-up photos. I have found that the image stabilization can be funky, but generally works fine.

I bought this for an event and I’m so glad I did. It arrived in excellent condition. It performed really well in a well lit area. I used this for video and the footage was so crisp and had beautiful color. I can’t believe they discontinued this but I’m glad I was able to get it at a pretty good price. Definitely worth it.

This renewed Canon lens arrived in a plain white box wrapped in bubble plastic, but it looks and functions like new. It has plastic construction, but operates smoothly and with no issues. It takes nice photos from what I can see so far, although this might not be the best lens for video. I quite happy with it so far and look forward to using it more.

Awesome telefoto lens. I don't think Canon gets the credit it deserves. Would buy another Canon lens anytime.

People have said this isn't the sharpest lens and I would agree. Having said that, I am a pure hobbyist and I absolutely love this lens. The 200mm is great for wildlife photos but if you switch to 4K video, the additional 1.7x crop essentially gives you something like 500mm equivalent reach for video, add enhanced image stabilization and it goes even further with pretty great stabilization (you'll probably have to manual focus in this mode though). It was the Image stabilization that sold it for me. It is rock solid! I got the lens renewed and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Really happy with this lens. Looks and functions like new with my Canon EOS M50. Seller was super responsive to questions and very helpful.

Takes great pictures

Refurbished products either work perfectly or not. This is a case of the former. Came in well packaged and extremely clean. No traces of use whatsoever. Great lens at a discount!
