This is the best planner I've ever purchased. I absolutely love Rite in the Rain products pens, pencils notebooks etc. This planner is perfect if you work outside in inclement weather because the entire field planner is water resistant. It has a Cordura fabric cover and the paper inside is water resistant as well. This planner comes loaded with all you need to get started. You can write in your month and year on the pages. There is a hook and loop strip on the cover for a name tape. This is a very durable planner and is priced for the quality you receive and it will probably be the last planner you will buy. You will only have to purchase refills. If you are looking for a quality planner then don't hesitate just buy this Rite in the Rain Field Planner I highly recommend this Field Planner.

I love this Field Planner along with the space pen that came with it. I work outside a lot and have to have something to write on and with and this product has exceeded my expectations to this point. It has taken some heavy rain and light snow and has protected what was inside completely. Writing in the rain or snow is not something one does often but sometimes you have to and this product lives up to its claims. The products do work as advertised. Yes it is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and I doubt I will have to replace this before I retire. For those that need a product like this spend the extra money and get the best and be done with it. You will not regret your purchase. I highly recommend this product.

I use this at coal mine. It takes the abuse and dust/dirt like a champ. Rite in rain is the best, you get what you pay for.

I like that this planner is water protected and I just wipe off excess dirt or grime.

I am very happy with this purchase. I do a lot of field work for the state water board and field research near rivers/ streams/ wetlands and I never have to worry about losing my notes/ data to accidental splashes, spills, or drops in the drink. The calendars are very helpful in keeping me organized for each week and month. Also, even though most people may not need them, the name/address/ phone cards are very helpful to have. Especially, since I have dropped my phone in the water more than once.

Excellent product, very well made cordura cover...it is kind of coyote colour instead of tan in my opinion, it is almost the same as 5.11 flat dark earth coloured products...it is relatively big and heavy , 11" x 13" external dimensions, not something very portable, the YKK zipper is very robust and the velcro handle on top of it is a really a nice touch to carry it around or pull it from a larger bag.The papers inside are reasonably thick, and look of high quality, hopefully it will outlast me, it comes with lots of pages to make notes by day of the week, by month and year which you have to write it down yourself, so it does not get outdated with the years passing by....I mean, if you buy it now or in 2025, you still can write down the year and month of your choice and put your notes there...several pages to input Names/ Addresses/ phones work and home/email in case something goes wrong with our digital gadgets/systems and you need to recur to paper records.It has some hard thin plastic sheets from the inside of the cordura case at the front and back to keep the whole cover rigid, it has a tactical feel to it specially if you choose the Tan colour.....as everyone can see it, £121 is quite expensive for a notepad with cover, but let's be honest, this is not a standard one, it is 'water proof/resistant', very rugged cover, it will match or get close to the colour of your other Coyote/Tan gear and it will last a very long time, reputable manufacturer, and so on....if like me and others, you also value high quality and tactical products, and have the budget, then go for it...you will not regret, however if you just want to make some small notes on a water proof/resistant notepad that you can throw away at some point, just stick to a £5 one.
