Good product but installation requires patience
The product is well made and the drawer is easy to assemble. Putting the rails on the draw is tricky. Is there a reason there are no predrilled holes? These would help. The instructions are not good and confusing. I found a video on YouTube that was MUCH better. What not reference this in the instructions? Installing a slide out drawer is tricky in any case. The fit must be precise to function properly. The alignment of the drawer rails and cabinet mounted rails was off by 1/8”. I put washers between the rails and the cabinet to move the rails out 1/8” and the drawer now slides in and out as it should. Soft close rails would be nice but these are not. This is going to result in the cabinet doors hitting the drawer knowing my family.

Better Than I Expected
I'm totally pleased with the quality construction and finish of these (20w x 21d) drawers. After reading some of the "not-so-great" reviews on these drawers, I wasn't sure what to expect. But since they were on sale at the time, I went on and bought them. And I'm glad I did. These drawers are just what I wanted. They are made of solid wood and are very easy to assemble and the finish is perfect for my enclosed pantry. Nothing else to do but the installation. And that's a whole nother subject. 5-Stars on the drawers.

Be careful installing!
Nice product, but installing could be tricky! Make sure that the cabinet is square before installing

Why did I wait so long to install these?
3 1/2 hours later I now have 5 drawers in the pantry! What a day it is! The construction of the drawers seems very solid- time will tell once loaded up with stuff. The fastest part was the drawer assembly itself. Easy peasy. Where I ran into some challenges, as I’ve never done this before, was trying to get the drawer slides disconnected to finish securing to the drawer side and mounting the slides to the pantry. After a ridiculous amount of time, I finally figured out how the dang release works. In my eagerness to get things moving I did not drill pilot holes and the provided 1 inch screws snapped off in the pantry siding. I was nearly blinded by rage and had a strong desire to throw something. Instead, deep breaths were taken and the project resumed. Finally got into a groove and tada I have a finished project. Sure, I am losing some space on the sides and back but the ability to actually get to the back back of the pantry is a win for me. Although I wish these were 1.5 inches longer, they do fit the width of my pantry like a glove. Here are my tips for installing: 1. Start with the drawer you plan to use the least. The first one is always a hot mess. 2. Drill those pilot holes. I’m a “just get it done” kind of person so pre-planning, measuring, pilot hole drilling, etc. are boring tasks. Do them anyways. Learn from me, pilot holes are the way to go. 3. Accept it will take longer than you think of assembling things is not your jam. 4. Use better screws to attach the slides to the cabinet in the front and back. I used much longer screws in back as I wanted to be certain these puppies will stay in place. They are quite lovely and I’m looking forward to actually using them. High five to me for my install skills.

Well Worth The Price
We bought a total of 10 drawers (8-20" and 2-24"). Quality was great. Assembly was straightforward and pretty easy. Installations went pretty well (helps to be handy with tools and comfortable with DIY). Do follow instructions to determine correct size before ordering and do verify correct size before attempting installation. We had one drawer kit that had an incorrect part. Return went smoothly and replacement kit was shipped promptly. Would buy this product again.

What a pleasure slide out shelves
Highly recommend this product if you have deep shelves that are hard to get to canned goods or pots and pans. Easier on my back and eyes to see in dark cabinets.

Quality okay but installation not as advertised.
Took two people and rubber hammers to get the box together - and it still was not aligned quite right. The picture directions are not clear and there is no way to get additional directions, e.g., which way to put the sliders. I was not able to find anything on the internet to help or able contact the seller directly to ask for help. The quality is good but you better have some skills to figure out this drawer. I’d be happy if I could have better directions.

Screw heads broke off on multiple sets
We ordered 6 total (2 different sizes) and multiple of the screw heads broke off trying to install them. We drilled pilot holes and followed all the recommendations. Some of them slide better than others. We didn't have a lot of options for something to fit and these fit great. But for the money we paid I feel like they should be better quality.
