Back support ok but expensive
Back support is ok but not good for the money compared to alternative products. The tiny cool gel packs are a waste of time...they are just too small to do any good. A bag of frozen peas works much better.

Effective way to improve posture and help relieve back pain
As a nurse, I'm always on the lookout for things to make life easier; and as a nurse, my back comes in for a lot of hard work and wear and tear, more so than usual recently after an accident in 2018. This product was recommended to me by other clinical professionals who specialise in musculoskeletal areas, to help relieve some of the issues I have with my back; you can't wear it for the whole day or night, but it really does help you to retrain the way you stand and move.

Not for me
I couldn't get on with it but maybe that's just me. Too big, hard and uncomfortable. Maybe better suited to a man.
