I purchased this headset initially because they were in the price range I needed. I watched some reviews before my purchase but really wasn't sure what to expect. After looking at other brands for over $200.00 each ,I decided to try these .I just wanted these for the intercom feature so my wife and I can talk while we are riding, these headsets work well for this purpose, the communication quality is as clear as sitting in a room with no wind noise (we wear full face helmets)The quality of the headset is extremely well made, they are made of a plastic with a rubbery feel and appear to be water proof, I have ridden for hours in the rain with no problem. I like this headset .the quality for this usage is just as amazing, though we have not tested the range for exact distance we have tested it at over a block away with no problem with connection. I will recommend these to my friends.

Exactly as described. Easy install, easy pairing, keeps a charge, and the intercom distance is surprisingly good.Two bad things I wish I'd known:The instructions are written in particularly egregious Engrish, and every connection made starts at absolute maximum volume -- and there doesn't seem to be any way on the device or in your phone to prevent this. You will spend the first several moments of every intercom conversation clutching frantically at the side of your helmet for volume controls that are slow to respond and give no feedback on their effect.

It's do not work well. When i,m riding .y bike can't here anything from it.

Very good product for helmet to helmet communication. Originally was very happy with it.Downsides after several month of use: - USB connector is the weakest link. I had to solder it on both devises, not robust at all. Same device is available with different type of USB port on a market. Cannot not comment on its reliability yet.- Sound quality will increase significantly if different set of headphones is used. So devise has better capability than supplied headset.

I was disappointed at first due to the connectivity. I was frustrated and I almost returned them. However, the company contacted me and worked through all questions until I was satisfied. Now I have a better understanding of the devices and they work perfectly.The phone calls have amazing sound and so does the GPS and music. The intercom work just fine up until you hit about 70 mi/ hr. After that the wind drowns the sound.For the price you can’t beat this amazing device.To the company - thank you for your professionalism and patience!!

Not loud enough. Very low bass, treble is ear piercing. I really want to like these, but I feel I will return them. The speakers need to be higher wattage, and so does the amplifier. Controls are goofy. Much like Bluetooth earbuds I own, but with an extra button to confuse u. Maybe my bike is too loud for anything, sure, but I can still hear the traditional Harley system blaring over this. I didn't want to be that guy, forcing my music down everyone's ears. So, no, I would not recommend these unless u are using for your bicycle.

Have Sena and wanted a cheaper alternative. Got exactly that. The mounting bracket is so flimsy it wouldn't stay put. Went with velcro option which works. Intercom was tedious to set up but works. Buttons are sketchy but work. Speakers were thicker than helmet would tolerate. Not a Sena but does the job, barely, for half the price. If you absolutely HAVE to have system and price is an issue go for it. I'd wait n save your pennies for a higher end ststem.

I have been very excited get this Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset for my Helmet... I purchased the set of 2 so I could install one for my dad so we can communicate while we ride together. It seems to work well but one of the speakers in my kit is not working, while the other speaker seems very quiet. I would love to figure out a way to replace the speakers somehow, but overall a good System. I have tried adjusting the location of the speakers as close to my ears as possible, any other tips would be great.

J utilise ce kit pour les loisirs ( balade en moto avec mon épouse ) très bonne réception audio . Seul petit bémol la partie micro est un peu encombrante donc pas très simple à placer dans le casque mais je recommande vivement ce produit aux motards car pour le prix c est super je prend encore plus de plaisir a me baladé en ayant ce moyen de communication avec mon passager
