good as new
The keyboard looks like new, can't tell the difference. The only thing that disappointed was the lights color - it has only purple and doesn't fully light the keyboard all the time, but randomly moves like a snake.Great product overall, thanks for the quality

Great keyboard, but missing key components for the price
(UPDATED 7/20/2020)Just to start off, I've owned this for approx. 2 weeks as of writing this. I will update this review down the road accordingly.I decided to buy this keyboard refurbished, because why not save 20 bucks? It arrived with everything necessary, works as described. No complaints there.Upon plugging the keyboard in, it had problems syncing with Asus Aura. I updated a few drivers, then restarted the computer to no avail. As we all already know though, the Asus Aura software isn't exactly the best. I got on the next day and it worked perfectly fine since.Features: It does include the pretty LED's, obviously. It syncs with Aura (when it's working). Rear USB port is useful for wireless mice and such.It does lack in a few small features, for example, there's no "bump" on the "S" key, making it slightly harder to game when you can't feel for the key you need.It also doesn't work with the Asus Aura "rainbow" effect. It only syncs with the default rainbow, but it can't change to any of the other spectrum colors. The last thing it really lacks is macro keys. There's nothing you can really program to be a macro. However, despite lacking those features, it is a great quality keyboard. I used this to replace my AW768 Alienware keyboard, since the RGB lights went out, and I wasn't entirely disappointed. The keyboard can sync to your computer's audio sounds, so if you're playing music, the lights will dance with it. It also feels really solid, well-built, and it's not entirely made of cheap materials. The wrist-rest that's included may look cheap, but it's actually surprisingly comfortable. It's fast to respond, and overall it's a good looking keyboard, and it's solid. For the pricepoint, it's not a bad keyboard, it's just lacking a few features that keyboards within this price typically have. I'm giving it a 4/5 across the board. (No pun intended)(UPDATE) I woke up one day and the keyboard was fully functional with every aura feature now available on it, including aura creator, I can now change individual keys, I'd highly recommend for your aura setup.

SO MUCH RGB!
Fantastic keyboard from its quiet Cherry Red keys, to its RGB on the sides and customization for the clear logo panel. the keys are easy to clean and do not collect dirt easy. Fantastic keyboard!
