Saints for the Sick: Heavenly Help for Those Who Suffer

Although I haven't read it all yet, it's a typical Joan Carroll Cruz book: highly researched and presented to the reader in an informative yet entertaining way. She makes it fascinating to learn more about the Catholic faith!!!! I would highly recommend this book and other titles written by this author.

I came upon Joan Carroll Cruz's book on incorruptibles a while back in my parish's adoration chapel. Now I cannot get enough of her! As someone else who writes about saints (only women who've been beatified or canonized, in my case), I truly admire her research, her succinct writing style, and her deep faith. This book will provide great comfort to anyone suffering from an illness, chronic or otherwise.
