Tower Sealants TS-00215 10.1 fl-Ounce Tower Tech 2 Acrylic Urethane Sealant, White - Pack of 12

I've used this sealant for interior paintworks and exterior jobs and it has worked wonderfully.Some shrinkage in applications where it is in direct access to the sun but other than that, not had any problems with this product. I found it first sold at Benjamin Moore - a high end paint store. Found it cheaper at Amazon - my go to for repeat purchases.

If you are doing the work yourself than there is no excuse for not buying the best caulk available, and this is it. Skip the junk at the home center and diy.com sites and perform a quality job that will last.

I just started using this caulk, so I can't comment on durability yet.This seems a lot less watery than the DAP caulks. Unlike other caulks, whose bead grows and shrinks as my grip on the caulk gun changes, the Tower Tech caulk comes out of the tube in a relatively steady bead. This makes it easier to tool.One caution: this caulk does not adhere to surfaces immediately, especially vertical surfaces. I found that it sometimes dropped away, forcing me to push it back into place, or re-apply. Perhaps that's due to the caulk's density. No big problem, just something to be aware of, and ensure that you tool the bead into place, even if it already looks smooth.

Only the best, easy to apply and super tough. This is an elastomeric.

This Product is fantastic other caulks separate & shrink this one doesn't not.
