Worked great in Ireland, England Scotland and Wales!! Most hotels and B & Bs have very limited electrical plugs, and of course they are all 220v. We took two of these. Wanted to have a spare in case of a failure. Ended up using both of them almost every night for a 35 day trip. Both worked great and we even had them plugged together in one place to have enough plugs for both sides of the bed. Don't leave home with out one (or TWO!)

This unit comes with high quality plastic material. It is sturdy and feels strong.Some points of improvement, if it comes with individual switch will be awesome.

Just what we needed to charge all six of our electronic devices all at the same time every night on our trip to Europe. It was great! Also, very good friction for receiving the plugs, so they were held very securely.

Exactly as described -- a universal power strip, and it worked GREAT! In fact, some of the local power strips didn't work, so I was very glad I ordered two of these. A great buy!

This thing is huge but I am so glad I bought it before heading to the UK. Once I moved into my student accommodation, I just plugged it in and It's been working perfectly for 5 months.I have not had the need to purchase any UK chargers.

I’m traveling in SE Asia (Sri Lanka), and one of the sockets of my surge protector melted while connected to a water distiller. The surge protector is rated at 3,000 watts, and the water distiller is rated at 1,500 max watts (240v). I assume if there was a surge in power, then the surge protector should have shut off. Otherwise, the plastic material of the surge protector should have withstood wattage up to 3,000.

I bought this universal outlet to use while I was out of the country and it works perfectly. I am able to use my speakers, flat iron and charge my phone at the same time,

This powerstrip is exactly what I needed: a large 3-prong GBR style male plug for the wall, a built in surge protector, and then female plugs that accept just about any style prongs (American 3 prong/2 prong, round European, etc.). Perfect for my funky international housing situation!
