I love it! It's like from my russian childhood! It's absolutely the best tool for cabbage to make healthy juicy salads! By the way.. that's funny: advertised from Ukraine, tag made in Russia, but of course it's made in China as 99% of everything in the world.. But it's OK. Quality is bery good.

Good for chopping cabbage, very sharp.

Very sharp knife- is difficult to hold the product chopping and the knife as the knife is so sharp and you have to press the knife hard on but say like lettuce to get a clean cut or the lettuce will end up mushy. What about it again no I’m not gonna keep it yes

I was surprised but this came way earlier than expected. It works super. I cannot wait until it's time to make sauerkraut. This utensil is going to make it so much easier.

We used it for cabbage chopping. Overall this hand held mandolin does the job, but can only be used while there is a piece of cabbage that you can hold on to while chopping. Remaining cabbage needs to be chopped using traditional knife. As for the quality, we are used to higher quality manufacturing these days. This mandolin looks like it was produced back in the sixties.

it will shred a head if lettuce in fast, I would not used without a stainless steel glove, well made.

This item makes very corse shreds, too corse for sauerkraut. Would not recommend.

Arrived way earlier than estimate, thank you. Looks cheap, not suitable for lefthanded person the blade is on the left of the 'knife'. Expensive 'gadget' posted from US.

Easy to use, does what it says, seems to be lasting. All you could ask for.
