Everything worked great except for the PGBK print head. I couldn't get it to print correctly, even after deep cleans and alignments. The seller was amazing at replying though! They offered a full refund, and even though it's not worth it to spend the money to return and buy a new one, I can still print using High quality- Picture Print quality since it doesn't use the PGBK print head. Not ideal since its a lot of wasted ink, but at least I can use my scanner again.

Unfortunely it did work in my printer even though it fit and was the correct printhead model. The vendor made a full refund, though I had to pay the return shipping cost.

This printhead arrived with what appeared to be a small dent in the middle of the ribbon cable. Box and interior packaging were not noticeably damaged, suggesting that this happened during manufacturing and was missed by QC. Giving the seller the benefit of the doubt (assuming they would not sell damaged items), I installed the printhead anyway, but the printer output was very defective. Subsequently, a closer examination of the ribbon cable showed that the wires were actually cut (see photos).Printhead was purchased to correct the PGBK distortion that shows up with the nozzle alignment test. Had it not been damaged, it appeared that this printhead might have fixed the issue, but it is hard to tell since the cut ribbon caused about half of the PGBK alignment patterns to not even print.After exchanging several emails, seller refunded the purchase price, but I remain very disappointed in their quality control.

Wow Pipiri-Snice-(Mexican Slang for Nice with Class). Premium Packaging installed Print heads and they Started up Like Champs ! ! ! ! ! !

I bought this print head because the original one wouldn't print in black any more. This one will print in black but very poor quality - not only in black but colors as well. Very blurry & the colors just look faded. I know it was a used product but I expected it to work. Also took forever to get it.

Works great. Should have bought one a long time ago.

Purchased for my Canon PIXMA MX922 but did not install right away. When I did, C, M, Y and BK heads print fine but PGBK must be totally clogged. Nothing at all from that print head even after several "deep cleanings" but the return period has already passed so I'm stuck with it. Certainly not worth the money from my point-of-view.
