Rarely do I notice anything when I take supplements. However, I do take this with L ornithine HCL. I wasn’t expecting much. I just finished my first bottle of L-Arginine 1500 I took it every day as directed and during my working out and climbing I feel like I can pump up one or two more reps during the routine. I take regular “inbody” tests which assess the amount of muscle composition, during this first bottle I did gain 2 lb of muscle, not sure if it was because of your product or just working out but it was a steady increase in muscle. Another desirable side effect that I noticed is that I am waking up with a firmer erection. I took this supplement for energy and muscle-building gain. Will try couple more bottles before calling it a full success, highly recommend it to anyone wanting a little extra energy and muscle gain. Don’t expect miracles but if measured correctly you will see an increase in energy and muscle gain.

First of all I’ve been using arginine since I was 15 it’s a staple in the gym. I’ve used many brands I don’t use pre workout but I do use arginine Hands down evl is the best the quantity is unbelievable. The first time I took it I thought I took to much but not in a bad way it hit me. I felt my veins open up and I was noticeably more vascular. That being said in the gym the pumps are the best They last so long and obviously allows you to go harder and longer so therefore you build more muscle this product dosent build more muscle but it gives you the ability to do so.

I’ve been using this for a week now and my pumps are through the roof. My biceps pump feels like the are going to explode. I have not noticed a difference in my vascular activity yet but I’m sure it will come
