The hydroquinone formula has a slightly medical smell, but hey! Its hydroquinone. It works just slowly. No majic like I hear others raving about. Patience and persistence is the name of the game. Please remember to do to your neck what you do to your face. The brightening concentrate has a really nice smell and I do see a difference within 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing major but definitely progress. I used it on my face for melasma. It did seem to lighten it but not enough to scream about. I feel the significance of the change was due to the general evening of the skintone altogether.

Unlike many creams this one smells really good, at this time my wife has only used it for two weeks and had minor results. Can only give it 3 stars at this time and will update review after a month of use to better reflect how it really works.

I received the product quickly as promised. I feel that it works as stated. I don't use it daily, just a few times a week. It does fade the skin and works quickly. I will definitely purchase again.

Yes i disliked is just a little bit not even one oz in both of the containers is a fruod
