Solid construction
The arm is solid enough and gives lots of flexibility in positioning the keyboard tray. However, the design of the tray itself is less functional. The bottom ledge should extend over the full length not just the far left and right. This means that when the tray is put at an angle you must use a full sized keyboard because any shorter keyboard slips through.
