Used for arthritis in the knees. It hasn't got rid of the pain completely but it is definitely quite q lot better.

Wristband is comfortable to wear and appears to be making me relax. It can take up to a couple of months for a person to feel the full benefits of the wristband, but am feeling better than I was since I started wearing the item
