Some reviews say the cloth inserts aren't any good. Can I buy cloth inserts from a different brand and use them in the diapers instead?

Honestly I use this over my daughters diaper to keep her from leaking out. Like the old time rubber pants back in the 70’s and before. It works GREAT for our use. However there is no set “insert” as a parent you can try whatever works is my opinion. This item is Awesome because it’s adjustable and made very well!!

If I’m 5’5 and have a size 28 waist will these fit?
