Think it is ok I’ve had no complaints anyway as I bought this item as a gift to someone else

This pump has stopped working 7 weeks after receiving it. It is in a small pond and in no way been over worked or incorrectly installed. I would like to return it and receive a replacement but can't find a way of messaging the company directly - so have left a review in the hope that I will get a response.

This is a solid, reliable, and well-powered pump, ideal for small to medium water features. We didn't install it straight away - it came supplied without a plug, designed to be hard wired or for a suitable outdoor connection. We did add a plug - but only after changing our outdoor points for RCD fuses. The height of the stream is adjustable between a gentle burble and a full 1.8m fountain - which this does achieve, but is far too powerful and splashy for use in our smallish, kidney-shaped pond and would empty the pond in no time flat, to say nothing of being rather too much for the fish. We settled on a happy medium of a jet of about 30cm - enough to add aeration to the pond, without creating havoc. Didn't come with any fountain heads, but this was clearly advertised, and I had some left over from a solar fountain that did come with a range of heads.

We have a statue in our pond, the pump pushes water up into a shell she is holding and the water trickles down over the shell in three fine streams. This helps to aerate the pond. The pump is the best we could have hoped for, with the ability to change the pressure if desired. Excellent pump, very happy with it.

I cannot remember the last time I purchased an electrical product and for it not to have a plug on it. Appreciate it's not a life or death situation but it's a bit of a kicker when you then have to purchase a plug to go with it.The pump is okay but to be honest I do not think I would purchase this again.

Arrived surprisingly quickly, fitted it the following day, ever so easy to install took about 15- 20mins. Cracking little pump.

Just the right size to fit in pond for a water 💦 feature brilliant came a day earlier than expected which was great.

Im not happy with this product as it stopped working after 3 weeks
