Q: Would this help to fill/hide deep scars?

Its really good - I also have a deep scar on my face and find I can apply it in layers. Just let first layer dry and then very gently apply some more etc.. For a deep scar you really can't beat Dermacolor, its excellent. But Igia is for light camouflage. Hope this helps. Contact me again if you need any more info.
