Wonderful Needles
I couldn’t be happier with this set of 5.0mm FlexiFlips. I’ve purchased different sock sizes as well as bamboo FlexiFlips, but this is my 1st set over 3.0mm I love the fact that they have the turbo tip and blunt tip. My tip for using them for the sock heels is to knit the last row before you start your method is to use the blunt end so when you knit back, you have the turbo end for picking up stitches. It works great for the toe as well. I’ve recently been using the Turkish cast on and I love it. I will continue to purchase multiple sizes of FlexiFlips, I like them for making baby hats as well. Just anything with a small diameter. These are smooth (no snagging) and let you knit up quickly.

These are great alternative to std DPN
I like the flexing needles because they were easier for me than using DPN. Because they’re flexible I had an easier time finishing my hat when I was decreasing stitches. I would highly recommend.

Perfect tool for the job
I love the Addi Flexi-Flips for all of my DPN needs. The yarn moves effortlessly across the needles, cords and the joins. There is a slight learning curve, however watching a video on how to use them took care that.

Easy to use.
I knit one circular item with them, more as a practice than anything else. I found myself liking the fact that these get out of your way better, while knitting around, than the normal stick versions of dpn’s do. I did find myself wishing there was a fourth needle, however. That could be due to my lack of experience with them. It certainly didn’t stop me from knitting and enjoying using them.

Great replacement to DPNs (doublepointed needles)
While it took me a bit to get used to the Addi FlexiFlips (and a quick Google as to how to use them), once I got going with them, I have decided I'll never go back to regular double-pointed needles. I like the option of the "sharp" end vs the less pointy end. Depending on weight/texture of the yarn you're using, you have a choice of which end of the needle to use to use as the knitting point. They are a bit spendy, but eventually I will replace my all of old DPNs with these.

Watch the U-Tube Videos
The product really works. I loath DPN (double pointed needles) which are absolutely necessary sometimes. My problem is solved. The needles are a little tricky at first but SOOO much easier than DPN worth the little learning curve. U-tube has several little how-tos worth the effort to watch.

Faster than double points
There are fewer or less dropped stitches and faster than double points. I was able to knit my basic sock pattern on these needles. The only thing I disliked was the price, a little expensive but they are new and a great invention. When you put your work down it is safer for storage when all stitches are on the blue center of the needles, less dropped stitiches .

They're just ok
Love the quality of these needles. Love the different point types at each end. I'm just not so crazy about using 3 needles instead of more traditional 4 DPNs or circular. The pointy end needs to be pointier!
