good idea but if cold sore is on lip line thr patch does not stick so it become an irritation

Oh my god the pain!
Used this product, applied patch overnight as advised, removing the patch in the morning however takes the crust off the coldsore in a flash of searing agony, leaving a weeping crater of misery, which then stings like an absolute bastard when applying anything to the coldsore, including air. If I could have left zero stars I would have.
