As advertised. I made the mistake of combining it with another supplement that contained chromium... Ended up with high levels on a blood test. I trust Now brand implicitly.

NOW supplements are wonderful. Having tried higher cost products I can say with confidence that NOW products are just as good at half the cost or less. In this particular case I use chromium as an aid with workouts. I find it helps with healing time. Personally, I take it just before bed. Remembering when to take what supplements is always a pain, so I just take things before bed. These never upset my stomach regardless if it's full or empty. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. In my case there have been no side effects. GTF chromium has great bioavailability. That means the amount of chromium your body actually ends up using is excellent. That's why the dose is smaller. Cheaper forms don't absorb as well so you need twice as much for the same effect. This is a great choice for a Chromium supplement.
