The spoons are plastic, with this game you could substitute real spoons if you wish. If,we have more people we use them.

What are the rules for spoons game

I bought this game a while back for grandson and not 100% sure. I do remember it is a fun and fast paced game where I think you draw cards to get four of a kind and when you do, you lay down the cards and grab a spoon. If you have five players than you only put out four spoons and keep eliminating a spoon and a player.

Is this the regular size game with big spoons in a nice plastic case or a smaller version?

This is the smaller version. We do have a Giant Spoons game.

Who would I contact about not receiving all of the spoons?

Just buy plastic spoons from Walmart or regular store

Fun + Family chaos

This is my seven-year-old’s absolute favorite game. It’s easy enough for kids to learn, but surprisingly competitive, so much so that we had Grandma fully fighting a seven-year-old for a spoon! Lots of laughs, quick rounds, and an all-around good time for everyone. Perfect family game night choice!

Fun but really needs to be sold with a second set of playing cards

I was happy to find that spoons was being sold as an official game. The only downside is that the game is only sold with one deck of cards. When we were introduced to spoons years ago when it was really popular, we were told that the game is played using two decks of cards. It makes the game fun and fast moving! In order to get a second set of playing cards, I had to the smaller set with small spoons. I really think the manufacturer should sell the game with 2 sets of cards as it was originally intended as a game.

Family game nights

Spoons is one of favourite games! It comes with 4 spoons but when we have bigger gatherings we pull out our silverware spoons too. We absolutely love this game! Comes with directions too. I ended up buying my niece and nephews this game too and they love it. Any age can play too as long as they can read numbers and follow directions. Our age ranges are 5-30+.

I Recommend!!

My brothers loved it! I have 2 little brothers 6 and 5 they both picked up super easily! It was fun to play with them! The quality is amazing especially because of how competitive me and my siblings are we get aggressive lol but otherwise I recommend!
